BEYOND audits are structured around four controlled stages.

DIAGNOSE

We define the audit question, objectives, scope, criteria, evidence sources, stakeholders, dependencies and limitations before fieldwork begins.

Output: Confirmed audit scope and evidence plan.

ASSESS

We examine the evidence, distinguish fact from assumption and evaluate observed conditions, gaps, controls, risks, performance and materiality.

Output: Structured evidence base and findings.

PRIORITISE

We assess materiality, risk, business impact, dependencies and urgency to identify what matters most.

Output: Prioritised findings and decision focus.

DIRECT

We translate findings into a clear management view of what should happen next, including corrective action, specialist assessment, redesign, implementation or routing.

Output: Recommendations and next-step direction.

Independence & clarity

BEYOND does not hide implementation sales inside audit findings. Diagnostic evidence and downstream execution are treated as separate decisions unless explicitly contracted otherwise.
