1. Controller

INTELICOM LTD, UIC/BULSTAT 205279762, is the controller of personal data processed through the BEYOND INTELICOM website at beyond.intelligent-services.eu. BEYOND INTELICOM is a business line of INTELICOM LTD and is not a separate legal entity.

2. Website enquiries and private Leads

When you submit an audit enquiry, we process the information you provide, including your name, company, business email, optional phone number, preferred contact method, the subject you would like us to examine and any additional context you provide.

A valid enquiry is first stored as a private BEYOND Lead in WordPress and then an email notification is attempted. The Lead also records the source URL, submission time, privacy-policy acknowledgement and email-notification status. Lead records are not public and are not exposed through the public WordPress REST API by this theme.

3. Why we process this information

We use enquiry data to respond to your request, assess a possible engagement, prepare a proposal when requested, maintain an auditable enquiry history and protect the website against abuse. Depending on the context, processing may rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in handling B2B enquiries and maintaining secure operations, and legal obligations where applicable.

4. Retention

General enquiries that do not become an ongoing commercial relationship are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful communication, unless a longer period is required for a legal claim or another applicable obligation. If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, relevant information may become part of the corresponding client and contractual records under the applicable retention schedule.

5. Technical data and external resources

The hosting and WordPress environment may process standard technical information such as IP address, request time, browser/user-agent information and security logs. The current theme loads Noto Sans from Google Fonts, which requires a connection to Google font-delivery infrastructure and may transmit standard connection data such as IP address and browser information. The theme does not intentionally enable Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, reCAPTCHA, advertising trackers or marketing pixels.

6. Recipients

Access is limited to authorised INTELICOM personnel and service providers required to operate the website, hosting, security and email. BEYOND INTELICOM does not sell website-enquiry data.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection and, where applicable, data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.

8. Security and sensitive information

Please do not submit passwords, access credentials, payment-card details, special-category personal data or other sensitive information through the general audit-enquiry form.
